Key Terms at a Glance

1. Eligibility & Registration

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. tab555 does not accept players under 21. Age verification may be requested at any point, and failure to provide satisfactory proof of age will result in account suspension pending review.
• Legal Capacity: You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you. If you are subject to legal restrictions preventing you from engaging in online gaming, you must not register.
• Single Account: You are permitted to hold exactly one (1) tab555 account. Creating additional accounts — whether under your own name, an alias, or using another person's identity — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.
• Accurate Information: All registration details you provide — including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number — must be accurate and truthful. Any account found to contain false registration information is subject to immediate closure without compensation.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list, including tab555's own internal exclusion register. Attempting to open an account while self-excluded is a breach of these Terms.
• Device & Access: You are responsible for ensuring that your device, internet connection, and browser meet the technical requirements to use tab555. We accept no liability for losses arising from technical failures on your end.

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 for mobile banking methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay). Minimum amounts for bank card and bank transfer methods may vary and are displayed at the cashier at the time of transaction.
• Deposit Ownership: You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or using payment methods belonging to a third party, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of these Terms.
• Withdrawal Eligibility: To request a withdrawal, your account must have completed KYC (Know Your Customer) identity verification. Unverified accounts may deposit and play but are not eligible to withdraw until verification is complete.
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests via bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes during normal operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1 to 3 business days. tab555 does not guarantee processing times and accepts no liability for delays caused by the payment provider.
• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Requests below this threshold will not be processed until the balance meets the minimum.
• Withdrawal Method Matching: Withdrawals must be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, wherever technically possible. This requirement exists to satisfy standard anti-money-laundering (AML) obligations.
• Transaction Fees: tab555 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (e.g., bKash, your bank) may apply their own transaction charges, for which tab555 accepts no responsibility.
• Right to Request Documentation: tab555 reserves the right to request proof of payment method (e.g., screenshot of bKash transaction history) before processing any withdrawal. Failure to provide requested documentation within the stipulated timeframe may result in the withdrawal request being declined.

4. Bonuses & Promotions

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (as stated in the individual promotion) before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Unless otherwise specified, the standard wagering requirement is 30x the bonus amount. Only real-money bets count toward wagering requirements; bets placed with bonus funds on restricted games do not contribute.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%. Live casino games, table games, and sports bets may contribute at a lower rate or not at all. The contribution rate for each game category is published on the Promotions page.
• Bonus Expiry: All bonuses carry an expiry period, typically 7 to 30 days from the date of issue, as stated in the individual promotion. Unused bonus funds and any winnings derived from them will be removed from your account upon expiry.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active on your account at any given time. You must complete or forfeit the current active bonus before a new one can be applied.
• Abuse Prevention: tab555 monitors accounts for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including placing low-risk hedging bets, exploiting games with high return-to-player rates exclusively during bonus periods, or colluding with other players. Accounts found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have bonuses cancelled and may face account closure.
• tab555 Discretion: tab555 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses that have already been credited and are actively being wagered, unless the modification is made for regulatory or anti-fraud reasons.
• Seasonal Promotions: tab555 may offer special promotional terms during Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL season, T20 World Cup, IPL, and other seasonal events. These will be announced via the website and are subject to their own specific terms.

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their account settings. Once set, a deposit limit reduction takes effect immediately. A limit increase requires a 7-day cooling-off period before it becomes active.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set maximum session duration limits. Upon reaching the set limit, the player will be automatically logged out and notified.
• Loss Limits: Players may set limits on the maximum amount they are willing to lose within a given period. Once the limit is reached, further betting is suspended until the period resets or the player contacts support to modify the limit under the applicable review period.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who feel that gaming is becoming a problem may request self-exclusion from tab555 by contacting our support team via live chat. Self-exclusion periods range from 30 days to permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, the player's account is locked and no deposits, bets, or withdrawals may be made. tab555 will not send marketing communications to self-excluded players.
• Reality Check Notifications: tab555 may display periodic on-screen reminders during extended gaming sessions, showing the player their current session duration and net win/loss position.
• Minor Protection: It is the account holder's responsibility to prevent minors from accessing their tab555 account or the tab555 website. We recommend the use of parental control software on shared devices.

7. Prohibited Conduct

• Using any software, bot, script, or automated tool to interact with the tab555 platform, place bets, or exploit games in a way not intended for ordinary human players.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including live casino games, poker-style games, or sports betting markets.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including depositing funds derived from illegal activity, deliberately losing funds to a confederate, or using the platform to obscure the origin of funds.
• Opening multiple accounts for any purpose, including to claim welcome bonuses more than once, circumvent self-exclusion, or avoid account restrictions.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or glitches for financial gain. Any winnings resulting from a known software error must be reported immediately. Deliberate exploitation of errors will result in account closure and forfeiture of affected winnings.
• Providing false or misleading identity information during registration, KYC verification, or any other compliance process.
• Accessing the platform using a VPN, proxy server, or any other technology designed to mask your geographic location or true identity.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward tab555 staff through any communication channel.

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings arising from your use of or inability to use the tab555 platform, whether direct or indirect.
• Any losses arising from your reliance on the accuracy or completeness of any information displayed on the platform, including odds, game statistics, or promotional content.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the tab555 service, whether planned or unplanned, that prevents you from accessing your account or placing bets.
• Any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain account security as required under Section 2 of these Terms.
• Any actions, omissions, or technical failures by third-party payment providers (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, banks, card networks) that result in delayed, failed, or erroneous transactions.
